Late Diagnosed Neurodiversity in Women

March 21 @ 9:00 am - 10:30 am

Discovering you are neurodivergent later in life can be challenging. Perhaps you’ve always felt different or struggled in ways others didn’t seem to. Maybe life has felt harder than it should, or you’ve been misdiagnosed with conditions that didn’t quite fit.

Whether you’re diagnosed, exploring the possibility, just beginning your journey, or supporting someone who is neurodivergent, this session is for you.

In this engaging and insightful panel discussion, women who have realised they are neurodivergent later in life will share their powerful stories. Together, we’ll explore the highs, the lows, and everything in between.

Topics we’ll cover include:

•Thriving at work and at home

•Navigating relationships and friendships

•Practicing self-kindness and self-acceptance

•Practical tools and strategies to support your daily life

•Embracing your speedy brain and its unique strengths

You’ll leave this webinar feeling empowered, uplifted, and with a deeper understanding of yourself and others.

This is a free online event via Zoom.
