Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Staff Wellbeing Hub is available for NHS and Social Care staff who work in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. They are highly confidential and don’t routinely contact your workplace or GP and clients can self-refer to us.
What areas do they cover?
Person-centred telephone assessment, followed by either brief intervention in house or signposting to an appropriate service.
The service is not limited to helping people with work related problems, they also help with a variation of challenges including;
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Grief
- Relationship breakdown
- Stress
- Burnout
- Managing workplace stress
- Specific phobia
- OCD
- and more…

Thy offer several different modalities such as;
- CBT therapy

- Emotional Regulation
- Work around Life areas
- Behavioural Activation

- Counselling

Opening Times
Office hours are Monday- Friday 9-5.
Something we always say to our clients is that we are not an emergency service, should they find themselves in a place where they need urgent help, call CRISIS or present themselves to A&E.
