Essential Nidra is a restorative mindful self inquiry practice that effectively boosts relaxation, relives stress and promotes Resilient Wellbeing. Each session facilitated by a trauma survivor invites you to pause and reconnect with inner peace. Practices combine lives experience with scinece backed ancient yoga, neuroscience and physcology to support modern living.
Sutible for all facilitated with a trauma based approach. These sessions are in the library meeting room providing oppourtunity to practice seated or lying down. If you’ve attended previous Essential Nidra sessions it’s a great oppoutunuity to progress.
