Tech Timeout is to raise awareness and start conversation on digital wellbeing in the workplace. Social media is a big aspect of digital wellbeing but it is also a way in which we engage and use technology which can lead to feelings of overwhelm and burnout! We need a healthier relationship with technology and this is a great start, we can't live without technology but we could all do with less of it.

Move away from the computer and listen to a bit of music

  • Put on your favorite song and go for a walk or just have a break from the screen.

  • Arrange a lunch with your colleagues or friends.
