The training will cover:

• An understanding of what child and adolescent to parent violence and abuse (CAPVA) is.
• Who can experience CAPVA and what the impact on families can be.
• The ability to recognise what some of the signs for staff members who experience CAPVA.
• How to respond to a disclosure from a person who is experiencing CAPVA.
• Information on how to signpost and refer people to the appropriate services for their situation.

This training session is suitable for all employees, line managers, and HR personnel who want to gain a better understanding of CAPVA and how to respond to it effectively within their organisation.
