Neurodiversity at Work Q&A: Designing Neuro-inclusive Working Environments

March 19 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Join Lexxic Psychologist Helen Musgrove and special guests Kay Sargent and Sean Gilroy for this Q and A session, exploring how we can design our built environments to accommodate and empower diverse cognitive and sensory processing styles.

The agenda will be shaped by you! Our experts will answer your questions about the principles, practicalities and benefits of designing neuro-inclusive working environments, drawing on their considerable professional experience. Kay is Director of Thought Leadership, Interiors, at HOK, and author of “Designing Neuroinclusive Workplaces.” Sean is Senior UX Principal for Accessibility and Inclusive Design at the BBC and co-lead of BBC Cape, the neuroinclusive initiative responsible for the BBC’s “Design for the Mind” guide. Sean also currently chairs the Neuroinclusive Organisations Network, NiON.

There will be the opportunity to ask questions during the session itself, via the webinar Q&A function, but you can increase the chances of your question being selected by submitting in advance.

This is a free online event via Zoom.
