Fiona Douzi

Hi I’m Fi.

I’ve worked at RJAH for 18 years now including on the wards, as a member of the Outreach team and now solely as a Sister on the High Dependency Unit. I work part time currently as I’m also a mum of 4, all under the age of 10.

In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym (for my own sanity), meeting friends and family for coffee, walking/ running, and music. 

I have a keen interest in mental health and completed the mental health first aider course to better support both my friends/family and colleagues. I am kind, approachable, and non-judgemental. Happy to listen and help find the right support for whoever needs. Mental Health can affect us all at any point of life, please don’t feel you are alone.
