Dawn Pugh
Found a problem: Suggest an editHello, my name is Dawn. I’m a trained Mental Health First Aider and a TRiM (Trauma Risk Management) Practitioner.
My passion for supporting mental health was born from personal loss — the sudden and heartbreaking deaths of two close family members a few years ago. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how emotional pressures can build up and lead to feelings of being overwhelmed.
I know how vital it is to feel seen, heard, and supported. I’m here to offer a listening ear, a kind word, and compassionate support whenever it’s needed.
I truly believe in the power of empathy, kindness, and showing up for others during difficult times. The support I offer is always confidential, and I’ll guide or signpost you to the appropriate help when necessary.
You don’t have to go through it alone — I’m here to help.
