If you buy equipment yourself
Get advice before buying equipment. If you buy equipment yourself, you’ll only be reimbursed through Access to Work if: you’re self-employed or your employer agrees to reimburse the costs and submit a claim to Access to Work You will also be responsible for paying for any equipment maintenance, insurance and disposal costs.
