This is a place for staff to talk confidentially about their work experiences, identify and respond to matters that affect ethnically diverse staff and contribute to improving the work experience of ethnically diverse colleagues. Our aim is to promote a work environment in which all staff feel supported, valued, and are able to be themselves. We would always challenge any discrimination and positively promote equality.
All staff are welcomed to the network as by joining, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference by playing an important role in help improve the workplace and raise awareness and being visible to support colleagues and service users who identify as people from ethnically diverse groups.
The Ethinc Diverse Network which is held on the third Friday of every month at 11:30am. If you are interested in coming along, there is no need to book, the forum is open for all staff members.
