Staff Disability Network Group

Our aim in this network is to give a voice to our colleagues who have a disability, a neurodiversity, or a long term health condition. We want to provide a space for colleagues to come together to support one another and help identify issues and barriers in relation to our Trust’s policies and procedures. The network also promotes disability and neurodiversity awareness and makes suggestions as to what could make our working lives easier.

The network is chaired by Ellie Baldwin and meets every other month (dates below) at 12:30pm and Ellie invites all staff to attend to either share their experiences or joining as an ally.
